On April 17th, 2025, the AMSG Council approved “Bill to Approve AMSG Constitution Amendment” for an AMSG election ballot. Please find below links to the current AMSG Constitution, the proposed AMSG Constitution, and a copy of the proposed AMSG Constitution with tracked changes.

Pursuant to Art. IX, Sec. B/Part 2 of the current AMSG Constitution, in order to pass, this constitutional amendment will require a two-thirds majority vote of the entire AMSG voting student body or a simple majority vote by each of the four classes.

You will be asked on the following ballot to vote yes, no, or to abstain with regards to approving the proposed AMSG Constitution for the 25-26 Academic Year.

The opportunity to vote on the Constitution will close on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 5:00pm PST.
